RULES

General Rules

 

               7am until 7pm (Winter months may differ) 

 

 A valid EA license is required by law(it is your responsibility)

 Mats, landing nets and slings must be air dried before taking to the swim.

 Two rods per angler 3rd rod by arrangement only.

 Do not leave rods or equipment unattended.

 No fish to be removed from fishery.

 No fish to be lifted higher than knee height .

 No children under 16 (unless supervised by an adult).

 Dogs are welcome but please call beforehand as we limit numbers.

 No BBQ's or open fires.

 No noise, nuisance to others, or trespassing onto neighbouring land.

 No cigarette ends to be left at the swims or thrown into the lakes, this is to protect the health of the fish.  

 The owners accept no responsibility for injury or death whilst on the fisheries land.

 The owners accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or equipment whilst on the fisheries land.

 Toilets must be used as and when required.

 Please be aware that the fishery is CCTV monitored at all times. All larger fish are electronically tagged in the event that fish are seen being removed, the owner and the Police will be informed and appropriate action will be taken that could result in prosecution for all those involved.

 

 Bait boats are allowed on lake Amy only and must be in your swim(no cruising) or disturbing other anglers swims.

Any person found to be breaking the rules will be asked to leave with no refunds offered, and if necessary the police will be called to assist. The management  have the right to refuse entry is so desired.
